Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Art of IV Therapy / Instadrip Nursing PC ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit LearnIVs.com or purchase our course.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Name and email address (when you purchase the course or book a consultation)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
  • Phone number (if you opt in to SMS marketing)
  • Usage data (pages visited, time on site, browser type) via analytics tools

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Deliver access to the course you purchased
  • Send course-related updates and support communications
  • Send SMS marketing messages (if opted in)
  • Improve our website and course content
  • Process refund requests

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data:

  • Stripe — for secure payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • Calendly — for scheduling consultations
  • YouTube — for embedded course preview videos
  • Vercel — for website hosting
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for advertising measurement and audience matching
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — for website traffic and usage analytics
  • PostHog — for product analytics, including session recordings of site visits

To measure and improve our advertising, we may store contact identifiers (such as your email address) locally in your browser and share hashed (irreversible) versions of identifiers like your email with advertising partners such as Meta to match your activity to our ads. We do not share these identifiers in a form that personally identifies you.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. However, our use of advertising and analytics technologies (such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) to deliver and measure ads may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time — see Section 8 (Your California Privacy Rights).

4. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, your mobile number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Terms and Conditions (Section 14) for full SMS terms.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

We use analytics services, including PostHog, that may record your interactions with the site — such as pages viewed, clicks, and navigation — to help us understand and improve the user experience.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at kyle@learnivs.com.

8. Your California Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell or Share)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete and correct it, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. However, our use of advertising and analytics technologies — such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics — to deliver and measure ads may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

To opt out, click the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of any page. When you opt out, we signal our advertising and analytics partners to limit their use of your data — for example, by enabling Meta's Limited Data Use and denying advertising consent signals — and we stop recording your session. This applies to both the activity captured in your browser and the events we send to these partners from our servers. Your choice is saved on your device and applies to that browser; if you clear your browsing data or use a different device or browser, you will need to opt out again.

You may also exercise any California privacy right, or appeal a decision, by emailing us at kyle@learnivs.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Children's Privacy

Our course is designed for healthcare professionals and is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
