Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Art of IVs online course available at LearnIVs.com, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the course.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Instadrip Nursing PC, a California C corporation operating LearnIVs.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Course Access and License

2.1 Individual License Only

Upon completing your purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Art of IVs course content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

2.2 No Sharing or Redistribution

Your course access is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not:

  • Share your login credentials with any other person
  • Allow any other individual to access the course through your account
  • Download, copy, reproduce, screenshot, screen-record, or capture course content for sharing
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute course materials in any form
  • Use the course content to develop competing educational products

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund and may subject you to legal liability.

3. Intellectual Property

All content contained within the Art of IVs course — including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, illustrations, graphics, scripts, assessments, and any other course assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Instadrip Nursing PC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property statutes.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or any intellectual property rights in the course content beyond the limited license described in Section 2. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

4. Educational Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: The Art of IVs course is designed as a supplemental educational resource for licensed healthcare professionals. It is intended to enhance clinical knowledge and technical skill. The course:

  • Does NOT constitute medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional clinical judgment
  • Does NOT replace, satisfy, or supersede any licensure, certification, or continuing education requirements imposed by any state board, licensing authority, employer, or regulatory body
  • Does NOT authorize you to perform any clinical procedure beyond the scope of your existing professional license
  • Does NOT create a patient-provider relationship of any kind

Always practice within your licensed scope of practice and in accordance with your employer's policies and applicable law. The Company assumes no responsibility for clinical outcomes resulting from application of course content.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

By accessing the course, you agree not to:

  • Use the course content in any unlawful manner or for any illegal purpose
  • Misrepresent your professional credentials or licensure status
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform or systems
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect course content
  • Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or abusive content in any course discussion forums
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any course platform software

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the listed course price.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSTADRIP NURSING PC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE COURSE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE COURSE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE COURSE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the course, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have:

  • Violated any provision of these Terms
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct
  • Shared your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Attempted to redistribute or commercially exploit course content

In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Prior to initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at kyle@learnivs.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Instadrip Nursing PC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the course, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued access to the course after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. SMS Marketing Communications

14.1 SMS Program Description

By opting in to SMS marketing from Instadrip Nursing PC (LearnIVs.com), you agree to receive text messages related to our SMS program, including promotional offers, course updates, and marketing communications. Message frequency will vary.

14.2 How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile phone number at checkout, through a web form, or by texting a designated keyword to our SMS number. By providing your number and opting in, you consent to receive automated marketing text messages from us.

14.3 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-subscribe.

14.5 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
